Frequently asked questions
How quickly will my order be shipped?
Order are packed Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on a Friday will be shipped on Monday.
If you have chosen a Next Day Delivery option, your order will be sent the same day it was placed.
The cut off time for Next Day Delivery orders is 1pm.
What are your delivery timeframes?
Delivery to the UK & Ireland s estimated at around 3/4 days.
International Post is estimated at around 7 to 10 days.
We use Yodel or EVRI for standard delivery, and Royal Mail for International and Next Day deliveries.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items, such as earrings, personalised items and EBooks.
Can I cancel my order or make changes?
To make sure you receive your new order ASAP, we'll start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel or edit it, this specially applies if the order is already in transit on it's way to you.
I have received a defective item
If you have received your order but something is damaged or incorrect, please email us at sales@LunaLore.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number, and a photo of the issue, our team will send out a replacement for you right away.
How do I return my order?
Please read our returns policy before starting your return.

Will my original shipping charge be refunded?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
